Media Player Questions

The default media player is Silverlight. Silverlight is a cross browser and multi-platform technology from Microsoft. If you do not hear the radio station and do not see the player in the upper right hand portion of a page, you may download Silverlight from here: Microsoft Silverlight Download.

If you do have Silverlight installed and you can see the player the music is immediately available by pressing the Play button. The automatic loading of music on each page takes quite a few seconds to load. We are working to improve the listening experience.

The most current versions of media players are getting better at being available for most browsers and operating systems. Try these steps for the best audio experience.

1. Upgrade your favorite browser.

2. Upgrade your favorite media player.

3. Check your Add-In or Plug-In area of your browser. Is your add-in or plug-in enabled? Follow the directions for downloading or enabling supported technology.

4. Check your volume controls. Check if you can hear music from any other source on the web.

5. If you can hear music from other sources, check our home page again and Refresh or Reload the page. The music should be available by pressing the Play button.

6. If there has been a page transition, check the player in the upper right hand corner and click the Play button if you don't hear music after a few seconds.

7. Visit our Radio page, there are several other players.

8. If you see an error message instead of the player in the upper right hand corner of the page, you do not have Silverlight installed. You may either install Silverlight (if you meet the system requirements) or use one of our other media players or use your own media player with this URL, http://wm11.spacialnet.com/sacred.

9. Please scroll down for media player download links.

10. Sometimes we do lose the stream from our broadcast, if this is the case, please send us a quick email as we may not have discovered it yet!

Firefox 4 Silverlight 32-bit Error Message

Old versions of Silverlight may not work in Firefox 4 causing our website to display a message giving you the option to "Restart in 32-bit mode". Clicking this restart button will make Silverlight work only until you restart Firefox again. To fix this permanently, please update your installation of Silverlight to the latest version using Microsoft's Silverlight installation page. Click here to Upgrade Silverlight and fix the error.
